What is Connected Health?

Connect America’s Family of Companies is pleased to announce that we have named Joe Prasad as our Chief Commercial Officer. In this new role, he will lead the healthcare sales teams for both Lifeline and Connect America, including the integration of the sales teams and the development of new products and services. Joe comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and over 25 years of executive leadership experience working within the post-acute care industry. 

Previously, Joe was the Senior Director and Head of Sales for Medtronic’s RPM business unit, where his responsibilities included the development of enterprise-wide relationships with IDNs, payers, home health agencies and the Veteran’s Administration. Prior to Medtronic, Joe was the Vice President of Government Services at Philips Lifeline/Home Monitoring, where he led the Government Segment and National Accounts team and was instrumental in leading the growth strategy for health plans across the country. Joe has also held executive leadership positions at All Metro Health Care and Caregivers on Call, LLC.

We are excited for Joe to join the team to lead and contribute to the continued growth of our healthcare businesses.
